The device came in quality packaging and is made with that same quality. For a purchase like this I would expect that and it met those expectations. I really like how detailed the instructions are and they have them laminated. A plus for me since I usually destroy most instructions or lose them after one use. It fits well on my head and is comfortable. It has been really easy to use. Great value for the money. I am looking forward to the hair growth. I’m 49, and I started noticing my hair thinning steadily around age 40.
