Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing the order, since after 24 hours, your order is being processed and already on its way to the shipping address.

If you contact us while your order is in transit, you are eligible for a full refund too, but you will need to ship the product back to us and we will cover the shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will vary based on your location. In some cases, the return shipping may be free, but it is not guaranteed to be free for all locations. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

120-Day Refund Policy

This policy applies specifically to Nordic Biolabs Hair Regrowth Cap, Bio-Veloxin Serum, and Complete Hair Cycle Solution. We understand the importance of giving our products the time they need to show results.

The 120-Day Refund Policy ensures that your satisfaction is our top priority.  Here's how it works:

  • 30-Day Return Window: If you decide to return the product without using it, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. The product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Our commitment to your satisfaction goes beyond the initial 30 days. Once you start using the Nordic Biolabs Hair Regrowth Cap, Bio-Veloxin Serum, or Complete Hair Cycle Solution, we encourage you to give it a fair chance for a minimum of 120 days. If, after consistent use for 120 days, you are not satisfied with the results, you can initiate a return for a full refund. We value your commitment to trying our products and want to ensure you feel confident about your purchase.

To initiate a claim under the 120-Day Money Back Guarantee, please adhere to the following steps:

1. To be eligible, you need to take photos at least every two weeks from the same angle and with the same hair texture (wet or dry), and add a timestamp on each photo.

2. You must use the product consecutively for 120 days.

3. After the 120 days have passed from your first date of use, email us at contact@nordicbiolabs.com with all relevant information including your order number, the total number of days you used the products, and a set of 8 photos taken bi-weekly. We will review your case and proceed with the return process if applicable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
